I'M HOME!!!!!

Hey y'all! I forgot I had a blog! It is now September 2013. I got home from the greatest mission ever on May 8, 2013. It was so sad to leave the land and people that I have come to love so much, but Facebook is God's gift to RM's. The last couple of months have been wicked crazy...in the most righteous way!! My family moved whilst I was on my mission to start up a new business in Utah. They put me to work in the office the week after I got home (which was soo good for me because I need to be kept busy!). It's been wonderful living at home; I feel like I have become better friends with my whole family. It's been tricky figuring out my life, but right now I'm going to BYU and am trying to survive all the research classes I must take for my major. I'm also...wait for it...a teacher at the MTC!!! This job (feels like a calling really...getting paid to study and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ is like the best thing ever) has been a great tender mercy from the Lord to help me to maintain my missionary roots, whilst still progressing.

I just got my first district of missionaries last Wednesday and it has been AMAZING to see how they grow within the short two weeks we have with them. There have been some really tender moments with them, and I feel like I'm growing with them. Since I've started my job, I feel like I've been noticing the hand of the Lord more in my life with just the little things that just happen to work out (no just about it). I'm seeing that God is still interested in and involved in my life even though I'm not His representative anymore.

There was this one week where I got my first district of missionaries (oh wait, that was just last week), so I had to prepare like a million lessons for the week there, then had to give a talk with a high counselor in another ward, then had to teach relief society (on the same day), and had a 5 page paper to write. It was amazing how seemingly last minute everything came together for me. I just really feel so blessed to have had the help that I've had from the unseen forces that are at work in my life.

I've had a ton of fun since I've been home. I'll paste pictures soon...I mean post. There we go.
